Good communication is the basis for all collaborative partnerships between clients and veterinary professionals. This highly interactive programme with video, audio and text-based scenarios and exercises will equip everyone in your practice with the skills to communicate effectively with clients. The programme focuses on clinical communication skills, which unlike interpersonal communication skills, are evidence based and used within the medical interview process.
